If your abstract is accepted, you will be expected to submit your final paper due to MAY 31st, 2024 using the presentation template which will be provided by the Congress Secretariat and you will have to pay the registration fee.

A short professional resume will be requested.

Oral language is English.

Oral material (e.g. Powerpoint) should be in English.

Oral presentation time is limited to 30 minutes including 10 minutes discussion.

The speaker should accept the assigned schedule.

You will bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to the conference slide- room at least 2h before your presentation.
Format: PPTX, no keynote format is supported.
Slide size: 16:9. Please do not forget to embed your fonts and to attach your video files.
We may accept presentations from your computer on site as well.
The information shared during the Congress is under the responsibility of the speaker and his/her own company.
