Poster presentations at ETCC2024 can provide early-career researchers with valuable opportunities to practice their communication skills, receive feedback on their research, and expand their network.

Please refer to the CALL FOR PAPERS to submit your research as a poster. If you are accepted, you will have to print and bring your poster with you. There is no option to print your poster at the venue. Do not overload your poster. Remember, you are not writing an article. Posters with too much text in small font sizes are a put-off. Make sure your poster will be easy to understand.

We request that you stand by your poster during breaks in the programme to interact with and answer questions that other delegates may have.

Posters will be available for viewing during 3 days opening hours in the Paneterie room where the Exhibition, coffee breaks and luncheons will take place.

PREPARING YOUR POSTER

• Printed poster should be in portrait format and should not exceed 100 cm wide and 187 cm high.

• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and author(s) as stated on the submitted abstract.

• Before printing, please double-check the dimensions with your print service provider to avoid low print quality.

• QR Codes may be included but cannot link to any promotional or marketing material. QR codes if used should link to scientific content relevant to the Poster (ie. additional graphs/images/video clip/CV-publications of the authors).

•Technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. The staff will also be available to assist you at the welcome desk.
